At House Of Peace®, every piece is created with intention and care.
Because we produce in limited quantities, our return policy reflects both respect for our customers and the integrity of our process.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Promotional, discounted, or giveaway items

Returns for Personal Preference

We accept returns within 30 days of the original shipping date for personal preference, including fit, size, style, or change of mind.

Eligible returns for personal preference are issued as store credit only.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or an item that arrived damaged or defective, please email support@thehouseofpeace.us before returning anything.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • A complimentary exchange

Please include your order details and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days to the original payment method.

A $6 USD handling fee applies to refunds.
This fee does not apply to store credit or exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free

  • Exchanges for size or personal preference require customer-paid return shipping
