Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details. We also do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be issued in accordance with our policy.
